The Naghavi Financial Services Mentor-Intern Learning Program provides a distinctive internship experience for young talents to develop leadership skills in a global setting, emphasizing personal growth and professional development.

Duration:
The Mentor-Intern Spark Program
Full-Time: A four-month program with a time commitment of 40 hours per week. The Mentor-Intern Leap Program
Full-Time: A six-month program with a time commitment of 50 hours per week.
Language proficiency:
At least Basic Language Level in English
Location:
Professional Development Center in India – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Nagpur, Gurugram, Chandigarh and Guwahati.
Work Hours:
The internship offers a balanced combination of autonomy and collaboration, allowing for both flexible work hours and focused team engagement.
Day Shift: 8 AM – 6 PM
Night Shift: 8 PM – 6 AM
Paid Internship: This is a practical paid project internship + basic to advanced role-based training.
Pay Roll: We provide payroll services to our interns to secure a max salary at our client site.
Online: We’re currently offering Online sessions from May 10 th ,2024 – June 21 st ,2024, 6 days a week, 10 hrs./day with regular monitoring sessions on common basic skills that required for the role-based job.
Offline: In office sessions will start from June 28 th ,2024, 6 days a week until November 30 th ,2024.
Health Insurance: Health Insurance is provided at a cost of INR 600/month during Internship.
Provident Fund: Provident fund is credited at the time of payroll and the fund can be withdrawal by the employee only after you deployed to the client site.
Role Based I/T: Internship cum training is focused on the role-based project implementation and support on particular domains assigned.
100% Deployment to Client/Within the Organization: Before the completion of the internship period, you’ll be scheduled for a client call interview on the project you’re working on and will be deployed to client site/within the organization.
Investment: Company is investing an average amount of Min INR 5 Lakhs – INR 6 Lakhs on each individual to focus on the talent and development of the skills.
Invoice: Weekly expanses of the company expenditure invoice will be sent to the intern on every Saturday.
Skills: Skills are based on the roles assigned to the intern and will be implemented practical in detailed project tasks and development.
Accommodation/Lunch/Dinner: Company provides an organic veg/non veg buffet at free of cost and also snacks, tea/coffee and accommodation that includes in the paid internship allowances.
Rotational Shift: Every alternate week, the intern work shift will be changing from day to night and night to day shifts.
Project mentors: Mentors are very well experienced of Min 10 – 15 years of implementations in various projects related to development and services in various domain on particular skills assigned in the roles. They’ll be mentor for a small group of interns focusing on specific domain client requirements.
Admission/Registration Fees (Instalment): The first instalment of INR 6,000 + 18% GST, which is an equivalent to an amount of INR 7080/- to be paid either online or IMPS directly to company account. 50 – 60% of FULL TIME Deployment Fees: Upon receipt of the official confirmation and verification of
full-time employment from the client, the company will proceed to issue an invoice to the intern for payment of 50-60% of their salary through bank-secured loans.
Secured Loan: Company offers and provides a secured loan with no collateral from the intern along with no interest to be paid by the intern.
Allowances: Apart from the payroll services, the company provide a monthly internship paid staying/travel allowance of INR 15,000 and Min INR 2,000 – INR 15,000/Month for their work performance.
Guaranteed full time Salary client offer before the end of the Internship: Based on the candidate internship performance we guaranty you with an excellent salary offering from min INR 5,00,000 – 10,00,000 based on the roles you selected at the client or with the company partner premises.
